Our Planning Team provided full planning support from start to finish, including site appraisal, design guidance, application preparation and management, and post-submission negotiation.
A great result for the team – planning consent secured in just 8 weeks with no pre-commencement conditions. Proactive collaboration with the Case Officer at Sandwell District Council meant our client could commence construction on site within a challenging delivery timeframe.
This development will regenerate an underutilised brownfield site on Dudley Port, delivering high-quality, sustainable EV infrastructure in a strategically important location. With excellent access to the Birmingham New Road, M5 and M6, the hub will provide a convenient ultra-rapid charging hub for local, regional and long-distance EV drivers.
