17 Jul Enzygo Attend Career Pathway Evening at Netherwood Academy, Barnsley

Eric and Lucy attended a Career Pathway evening at Netherwood Academy, Barnsley. The purpose of the evening was to give insight into the different pathways into the working world.

Lucy supported Barnsley College’s presentation on apprenticeships, fielding questions from students and sharing her own experience undertaking an apprenticeship. The students found it very useful to have an apprentice there.

Eric manned a stand on higher education. He shared his own experience of doing A-levels and progressing to do a degree at university. He helped in advising; the process of getting to University, what university life was like, student finances and how helpful it was in obtaining his current career.
